Shipping
When will I get my order?
It typically takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, (Times may vary slightly due to COVID-19) after which it's shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 7-10 business days
International: 10-20 business days

How do I track my order?

Returns
What is your return policy?
We don't offer returns or exchanges unless there's something wrong with your order. Please let us know by contacting us at finessewrld21@gmail.com
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at finessewrldllc21@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items.Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
There is something missing / defective / not what I ordered. What do I do now?
We know how frustrating this can be and always want to make sure every order is perfect! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, please contact us. (Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue a refund or exchange.(Please finessewrldllc21@gmail.com for assistance.)

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
