ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCE 

RETURNS 

  • If special circumstances apply you will have ​30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item.
  •   If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit or an exchange for another item of same value.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at FinesseWrldllc21@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items.

  • Customers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non​refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive money back into your account within 3-5 business days, time may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.
